Swim Right Away – Lesson & Payment Policies

1. Make-Up Lesson Policy

​

• Make-up lessons are available only for student absences with advance notice.

• Parents/guardians must notify Swim Right Away at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to be eligible for a make-up lesson.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are not eligible for a make-up lesson or credit.

• Make-up lessons are subject to class availability and are not guaranteed for a specific date, time, instructor, or class.

• Make-up lessons must be scheduled and completed within the period specified by Swim Right Away.

• Make-up lessons are only valid within the month of the original registration and cannot be carried over to the following month.

• Unused make-up lessons have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another student.

• If Swim Right Away cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson or account credit will be provided.

2. Cancellation Policy

​

• If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify Swim Right Away at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will be considered a used lesson.

• Repeated cancellations may affect the student's ability to maintain a regular class spot.

• Swim Right Away reserves the right to cancel or modify classes when necessary due to instructor availability, facility issues, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payment Policy

​

• Full payment is required to confirm and secure registration.

• Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.

• Class spots are limited and may be offered to another student if payment is not received within the required payment period.

• For families selecting the Cash Payment Option, payment must be received within 24–48 hours of registration.

• Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, cash, check, or Zelle, as indicated during registration.

• Any applicable processing or transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund / Credit Policy

​

• Once a session or lesson period has started, tuition is generally non-refundable.

• Refunds or credits are not provided for missed lessons, no-shows, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons unless otherwise approved by Swim Right Away.

• Eligible absences should be handled according to the Make-Up Lesson Policy.

• If Swim Right Away is unable to provide a scheduled lesson, an appropriate make-up lesson or account credit will be provided.

• Credits must be used within the expiration period established by Swim Right Away and have no cash value.

• Credits cannot be transferred to another student or family unless approved by Swim Right Away.

5. Pool Closure Policy

​

• Classes may be canceled due to pool maintenance, facility closures, severe weather, unsafe pool conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the control of Swim Right Away.

• When a class is canceled due to a pool or facility closure, Swim Right Away will provide an appropriate make-up lesson or account credit.

• When possible, families will be notified of closures and schedule changes as soon as information becomes available.

• Swim Right Away is not responsible for additional personal expenses or inconvenience resulting from a facility closure or schedule change.

Swim Right Away – 수업 및 결제 정책

1. 보강 수업 정책 (Make-Up Lesson Policy)

​

• 학생 개인 사정으로 수업에 참석하지 못하는 경우, 사전에 결석 통보를 한 경우에 한하여 보강 수업이 가능합니다.

• 보강 수업을 받으려면 예정된 수업 시간으로부터 최소 24시간 전에 Swim Right Away에 알려주셔야 합니다.

• 수업 시작 24시간 이내에 취소하거나 사전 통보 없이 결석(No-Show)한 경우에는 보강 수업 또는 크레딧이 제공되지 않습니다.

• 보강 수업은 기존 수업의 자리가 가능한 경우에 한하여 제공되며, 특정 날짜, 시간, 강사 또는 반을 보장할 수 없습니다.

• 보강 수업은 Swim Right Away에서 정한 기간 내에 예약 및 사용해야 합니다.

• 보강 수업은 등록한 해당 월 내에서만 유효하며 다음 달로 이월할 수 없습니다.

• 사용하지 않은 보강 수업은 현금으로 환불되지 않으며 다른 학생에게 양도할 수 없습니다.

• Swim Right Away의 사정으로 수업이 취소된 경우에는 보강 수업 또는 크레딧을 제공합니다.

2. 수업 취소 정책 (Cancellation Policy)

​

• 수업을 취소해야 하는 경우 최소 24시간 전에 Swim Right Away에 알려주시기 바랍니다.

• 수업 시작 24시간 이내에 취소하거나 사전 통보 없이 결석한 경우 해당 수업은 사용한 수업으로 처리됩니다.

• 반복적인 취소는 학생의 정규 수업 자리 유지에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.

• 강사 사정, 시설 문제, 날씨, 안전 문제 또는 기타 불가피한 상황이 발생할 경우 Swim Right Away는 수업을 취소하거나 일정을 변경할 수 있습니다.

3. 결제 정책 (Payment Policy)

​

• 등록을 확정하고 수업 자리를 확보하기 위해서는 수업료 전액 결제가 필요합니다.

• 결제가 완료되기 전까지 등록은 최종 확정되지 않습니다.

• 정해진 기간 내에 결제가 완료되지 않을 경우 해당 자리는 다른 학생에게 제공될 수 있습니다.

• **현금 결제(Cash Payment Option)**를 선택한 경우 등록 후 24–48시간 이내에 결제가 완료되어야 합니다.

• 등록 시 안내된 방법에 따라 신용/직불카드, 현금, 체크 또는 Zelle 등의 결제 방법을 이용할 수 있습니다.

• 결제 과정에서 발생한 처리 수수료 또는 거래 수수료는 환불되지 않습니다.

4. 환불 / 크레딧 정책 (Refund / Credit Policy)

​

• 세션 또는 수업 기간이 시작된 이후에는 원칙적으로 수업료가 환불되지 않습니다.

• 개인 사정, 여행, 일정 충돌, 결석 또는 No-Show로 인해 참석하지 못한 수업에 대해서는 별도의 승인이 없는 한 환불 또는 크레딧이 제공되지 않습니다.

• 보강이 가능한 결석은 **보강 수업 정책(Make-Up Lesson Policy)**에 따라 처리됩니다.

• Swim Right Away의 사정으로 예정된 수업을 제공하지 못한 경우에는 보강 수업 또는 크레딧을 제공합니다.

• 크레딧은 Swim Right Away에서 정한 유효기간 내에 사용해야 하며 현금으로 환불되지 않습니다.

• 크레딧은 Swim Right Away의 승인이 없는 한 다른 학생이나 가족에게 양도할 수 없습니다.

5. 수영장 휴장 정책 (Pool Closure Policy)

​

• 수영장 보수공사, 시설 휴장, 악천후, 수질 또는 안전 문제, 긴급 상황 또는 Swim Right Away가 통제할 수 없는 상황으로 인해 수업이 취소될 수 있습니다.

• 수영장 또는 시설 휴장으로 인해 수업이 취소되는 경우, 해당 수업에 대해 보강 수업 또는 크레딧을 제공합니다.

• 가능한 경우 휴장 또는 일정 변경에 관한 정보를 확인하는 즉시 학부모님께 안내해 드립니다.

• 시설 휴장이나 일정 변경으로 인해 발생하는 개인적인 추가 비용 또는 불편에 대해서는 Swim Right Away가 책임지지 않습니다.
