Join our Thursday 6:15 PM Lesson series at swimrightaway.com, where you can experience five engaging sessions designed for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Our dedicated instructors provide expert guidance in a supportive environment, focusing on technique, safety, and confidence in the water. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, our lessons are structured to help you achieve your swimming goals efficiently.

Cancellation Policy
1) Registration & Placement: Spots are reserved only after full payment. Swim Right Away assigns levels and may move a swimmer at any time for safety or appropriate instruction. 2) Session Commitment: Enrollment is for the full session. Missed classes do not reduce tuition. 3) Arrival & Pick-Up: Arrive early and be ready at start time. Late arrivals may receive shortened instruction or be refused entry. Parents/guardians must remain on-site and pick up promptly. 4) Make-Up Lessons: Make-ups are not guaranteed. If offered, they are space-available, must be scheduled by Swim Right Away, and must be completed within the same session. 5) Cancellations & Refunds: Once a session begins, tuition is non-refundable. Before the first class, credits may be issued at our discretion minus processing fees. 6) Health Requirements: Do not attend with fever, vomiting/diarrhea within 24 hours, contagious illness, or open/infected wounds. Swim diapers are required for non–potty-trained swimmers. 7) Safety Rules: Swimmers must follow instructor directions immediately. Running, rough play, and unsafe behavior are prohibited. Removal for safety may occur without refund. 8) Conduct: Respectful behavior is required from swimmers and families. Disruptive, abusive, or threatening conduct results in removal from the program without refund. 9) Payments & Chargebacks: Declined payments must be resolved before participation continues. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate removal and account restrictions. 10) Facility & Media: Lessons take place at the Wheeling Community Recreation Center Indoor Pool; closures or schedule changes may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion. Photos/video may be used for training/marketing unless you opt out in writing before the first class. Enrollment confirms acceptance of these policies and facility rules.
